Description Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. Dolphin Debit is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing client concerns and resolving issues related to ATM management services. You will work closely with both clients and our internal teams to identify and analyze problems, propose solutions, and coordinate the implementation of those solutions. Requirements Proven experience in client services or customer support roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
