Insurance Producer - Personal Lines

Insurance Producer We are partnered with a leading independent brokerage that is seeking a motivated and experienced Producer. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a genuine passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions. We're especially interested in producers with a proven history in personal lines accounts. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and consistently achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, and close new insurance business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service. Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options. Utilizie multiple resources to be successful, such as inbound and outbound calls, referrals, social media, etc Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

Active TX P&C insurance license Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual is perfered Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
