Job Description

Overview The qualified candidate for this position will answer inbound telephone calls from members, providers, brokers/agents, and potential clients, provide information to members regarding dental benefits and provider network, provide eligibility information to provider network and coordinate emergency care (out-of-area and specialist referrals). Responsibilities Interact with other departments (or areas) to resolve patient and/or doctor inquiries Assist in training new Customer Service representatives Answer inbound telephone calls from members, providers, brokers/agents, and potential clients Provide information to members regarding dental benefits and provider network Provide eligibility information to provider network Coordinate emergency care (out-of-area and specialist referrals) Interact with other departments (or areas) to resolve patient and/or doctor inquiries Coordinate Language Assistance Program requests Clerical duties and/or projects as assigned Western Dental - Brident offers a competitive benefit package designed to enhance the lives of our team members.
