Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced hospital environment. This role will handle incoming calls from patients, visitors, employees, and the public, document and dispatch service requests, monitor facility communication systems, and assist with patient transporter coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage high-volume hospital/customer service calls.
  • Document and dispatch work/service requests accurately.
  • Support patient transport coordination and workflow assignments.
  • Monitor environmental alarms, intercoms, doors/gates, and CCTV systems.
  • Handle difficult situations professionally and provide conflict resolution when needed.
  • Assist with department projects and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative support experience
  • Healthcare, hospital, medical office, call center, or dispatch experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $17.00 - 18.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
