Front of the House Customer Service (Cashier, Expo, Curbside)

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
• Knowledge of technical sales, electronics sales, wireless sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
