Cashier/Customer Service

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Provide product information and assist with product demos
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets ```Experience```
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of technical sales or wireless sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Familiarity with retail math for inventory management
