What You'll Do Greet members with friendly, professional service Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and cash advances Sell cashier's checks, money orders, and redeem savings bonds Balance your cash drawer and report discrepancies Approve checks within assigned limits Assist with night drop, mail transactions, card issues, stop payments, and check orders Provide accurate account info, quotes, and product recommendations Support general office tasks (phones, filing, scanning, research) Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures Cross-train to open/maintain accounts, process disputes, and assist with loan processing What You Bring 6+ months of cash-handling & customer service experience required High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills & 10-key proficiency Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Professional, friendly, team-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love DuGood Credit Union You'll join a supportive, mission driven team where members come first, and employees are valued, encouraged, and given room to grow.
