Waco, TX Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Research High school diploma or GED Task prioritization Full Job Description American Bank is seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and building relationships with customers over the phone and through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and perform transactions including by not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and accepting loan payments both over the phone and through an ITM Listen to customers and review current relationships to offer products and services best suited to fit their needs Review online banking applications, process bill pay applications, remote deposit capture batches and review and approve mobile deposit transactions Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer online banking issues Receive, research and resolve customer inquiries about their accounts Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively as a team member Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills Drive to learn Ability to learn to use new technology effectively Ability to listen effectively Ability to train customers Strong communication skills Ability to give and receive feedback
Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1 year of banking experience required Two years of call center experience preferred Bilingual preferred American Bank provides excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
