We're hiring an Entry Level AT&T Assistant to support daily customer interactions while learning the ins and outs of one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced team members to assist customers, answer questions about AT&T products and services, and help create a smooth, positive customer experience. No previous industry experience is necessary—we provide hands-on training from day one. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. Help customers learn about available AT&T products and service options. Answer general questions and provide support throughout the customer experience. Assist with account-related inquiries and basic service needs. Learn company procedures, product knowledge, and customer communication techniques through ongoing training. Work closely with team members to ensure an organized and positive work environment. Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction during every interaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or similar roles is helpful but not required. Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation preferred.
