Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, chats, and texts in a timely manner Check on order status with other departments Send order tracking information and order updates to customers Provide order support: cancellations & refunds, changing addresses, etc. Assist sales in writing simple orders including product upgrades, warranties, and expedited shipping; process payments Issue return authorizations and have a thorough understanding of our return and refund policy Create & maintain good relationships with customers and staff - you will become pals with a lot of our customers!
