Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, students, and pilots, providing exceptional service and support in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet customers, students, and pilots with a friendly, professional attitude. Manage office calendars and schedule shop maintenance and student flight times. Provide aircraft dispatch services and review squawks before flights to ensure safety and readiness. Handle basic accounting tasks, including taking payments and issuing receipts. Keep the office and break rooms tidy, sort incoming mail, and assist with light groundskeeping duties. Help plan and run airpark events to foster community engagement and promote activities. Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules and maintain records accurately. Basic proficiency in accounting or cash handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail when reviewing flight squawks and managing logistics. Willingness to pitch in with light groundskeeping and event planning duties. Customer-focused mindset with a professional appearance and attitude.
Pay:
$14.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
