Guest Services Representative - Bakery Nothing Bundt Cakes - 3.1 Herriman, UT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $14 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Qualifications Food service customer order management Guest relations Retail merchandising procedures Merchandising display arrangement Cleaning Full Job Description Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Uphold NBC's image and brand through excellent service and friendliness Assist other departments when necessary Introduce walk-in guests to our bakery and our products with a guest tour Assist guests with walk-in orders while using creative solutions Suggest balloon sales, candles and cards Assist phone guests by placing incoming orders Operate & balance (POS) point of sale with accuracy and efficiency Maintaining a strong knowledge of NbC's products, prices, and promotions Keep retail area clean, swept and neatly merchandised Duties assigned by crafting department such as fluffing bows and making design pieces We close early so you can enjoy your evenings We offer flexible work schedules We're keeping it casual.
