In person Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, customer focused Medicare Client Care Representative to support our existing Medicare members. This is a client service and member support position, not a traditional sales role. The primary focus is helping members after enrollment by providing follow up support, assisting with coverage related service needs, coordinating with carriers and provider offices, and making sure members know where to turn when they need help. No insurance license is required to start. The starting pay is $20 per hour, with an increase to $25 per hour after obtaining the required insurance license. Responsibilities Conduct welcome calls with newly enrolled members Complete routine member check ins and follow up outreach Verify and update member addresses and phone numbers Assist with returned mail and contact-information issues Help members with insurance ID card questions Assist with PCP related administrative needs Follow up with provider offices on behalf of members Follow up with pharmacies regarding member service issues Assist members with referral status updates Follow up on prior authorization status Assist with prescription prior authorization follow-up Help members with specialist scheduling and access Follow up on procedure or test authorization status Assist members with transportation benefit questions Help with OTC benefit questions Assist with dental, vision, and hearing service questions Review and assist with carrier correspondence Follow up on open member cases until resolution Document all member interactions and case activity accurately in GHL Coordinate with carriers, provider offices, pharmacies, agents, and internal teams as needed Escalate issues appropriately when additional assistance is required Maintain member confidentiality and follow company compliance procedures Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls Professional, patient, and friendly when assisting members Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple open cases and follow-up tasks Strong organizational and documentation skills Comfortable learning CRM, phone, and carrier systems Previous experience in customer service, call centers, healthcare, insurance, or member support is preferred Medicare experience is helpful but not required Health insurance license is a plus but is not required to start Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Compensation $20.00 per hour starting pay Increase to $25.00 per hour after obtaining the required insurance license Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday In-office position This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, following cases through to completion, and building long term relationships with clients.
