Full Job Description Pay Range:
$20.00•22.00 per hour depending on experience We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets Responsible for arranging work schedules Manage job work tickets with the internal system Accountable for contacting national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sites Role requirements: Some customer service experience Knowledge of accounting and CRM software Fluent English/Spanish language skills are a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. You must be able to lift light to moderate weights and sit for extended periods to complete your computer job.
