What You'll Do Greet customers and write up repair orders accurately and efficiently Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings Communicate clearly with customers on service needs, timelines, and pricing Provide accurate estimates and obtain proper authorization for repairs Follow up with customers throughout the repair process and at delivery Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business Work closely with technicians and the Service Manager to keep the shop flowing efficiently Manage repair orders and scheduling through Dealertrack DMS Uphold Acura/AHM service standards and warranty procedures What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Working knowledge of Dealertrack DMS preferred Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced shop Acura or import brand experience a plus, but not required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Christmas savings match program Employee purchase/service/parts/vehicle savings Riverton Acura is an equal opportunity employer.
