Location:
Ogden, UT Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on enhancing client relations, assisting the onboarding of new clients, and supporting current client's planning. The position offers on-site daytime hours, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
Support the onboarding of new clients by opening investment accounts, facilitating account transfers and asset movements, and processing new insurance applications, including life, disability, and long-term care coverage. Coordinate required documentation, order medical exams when necessary, and track progress with team to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
Client Maintenance & Servicing:
Provide ongoing administrative and service support for existing clients by processing updates to investment accounts and insurance planning products. Maintain accurate client records, assist with account changes, and help ensure client financial and insurance plans remain current and aligned with their evolving needs and goals.
Client Communication:
Deliver exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication throughout the implementation process. Provide timely updates on account openings, transfers, insurance applications, underwriting status, and other service requests, while helping team professionals manage client relationships when needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, data entry, and basic financial concepts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desire to gain experience in client relations and financial services. (Preferred) Basic insurance and/or investment knowledge and experience
