This is an in-person and online customer facing position. Personality, communication, organization, and software skills are essential. Compensation:

$20/ hour.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Manage showroom appointments and walk-ins, and assist customers with sales and support. Clean, organize and maintain showroom and displays. Provide recommendations and answer general inquiries. Answer phones and provide phone based customer support. Provide online customer support for email and direct messages. Monitor and communicate with managers regarding customer concerns, experience and feedback Assist with order fulfillment and other warehouse tasks when necessary Perform other general administrative tasks when necessary Qualifications/Skills Customer Service and Communication skills (listening, engaging in conversation, conflict resolution, etc.) Problem solving and adaptability Multi-tasking, organization, and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly, and to retain and recall detailed information. Software (Apple OS, Shopify, ReAmaze, Inventory and Shipping systems); and phone skills Basic math proficiency and calculator skills Bonus Points Basic understanding of lighting or electrical systems.
