• As a Customer Service Rep / Sales Rep, you are the voice of our company. You make outbound sales calls and educate potential customers about our swimming program and their options. When booking swimming lessons, you keep the schedule organized and neat. Additionally, you answer incoming calls and help resolve customer concerns.
