Client Services Representative Pinnacle Financial Advisors Price, Utah | In-Office | Full-Time About Pinnacle Financial Advisors Pinnacle Financial Advisors is a locally owned wealth management firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, retirees, and business owners make confident financial decisions. For more than 30 years, our firm has built long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized financial guidance and exceptional service. We believe our clients should feel known, valued, and taken care of every time they interact with our office. We are looking for a dependable, personable, and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our Price office and become an important part of that client experience. The Position The Client Services Representative is often one of the first people our clients interact with, whether they are calling the office, scheduling an appointment, dropping off paperwork, or needing assistance with their accounts. This position combines client service, administrative support, and financial office operations. The right person will enjoy working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks. You do not need previous financial services experience to be successful in this position. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, professional, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent service. Responsibilities As a Client Services Representative, you will:
- Greet clients and visitors and help create a welcoming, professional office environment
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and requests
- Schedule and confirm client appointments and help manage advisor calendars
- Prepare, process, and track client paperwork
- Assist with account openings, transfers, distributions, deposits, beneficiary changes, and other account service requests
- Maintain accurate client information and records in our CRM and other office systems
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding paperwork, signatures, and service requests
- Communicate with investment companies, custodians, and other financial institutions to help resolve client service needs
- Prepare materials and information for upcoming client meetings
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic client records
- Assist advisors and other team members with day-to-day administrative needs
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office
- Protect confidential client and financial information
- Learn and follow financial industry procedures and compliance requirements
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion Because we are a small, collaborative office, everyone occasionally helps with responsibilities outside their normal day-to-day duties. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

- A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone

- Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information
- Someone who takes pride in doing things correctly and following through Preferred Experience Previous experience in customer service, banking, insurance, financial services, healthcare, administrative work , or a professional office environment is helpful but not required.
- 20 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
