Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with buying and selling gold and silver bullion, as well as jewelry. Your primary focus will be providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Basic math skills are essential to accurately handle transactions and provide information about our products. Responsibilities Assist customers with buying and selling gold and silver bullion, jewelry, and related products. Provide knowledgeable guidance on the value and features of precious metals and jewelry items. Conduct transactions accurately, including calculating prices and handling payments using basic math skills. Offer friendly, professional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all products are properly displayed and secure. Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving issues or concerns as needed. Stay informed about current market trends related to precious metals to better assist customers. Experience Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of gold, silver bullion, or jewelry is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are important for engaging with customers effectively.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
