Job Description
We are the official Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki dealer located in Saint George, UT in Washington County. Factory Powersports strives to give great customer service in new and used sales, parts and accessories, and service and repair for recreational machines . We are seeking an outgoing, friendly individual to join our Service Team! If you are a positive and interactive Service Writer with a passion for customer service, this opportunity may be perfect for you! Responsibilities Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the Repair Order Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs Offer additional services and products, including special promotions Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness Follow the status of a customer powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager Other duties as assigned Requirements Some basic knowledge of motorcycle, ATV, and Side by Side systems. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Good driving record Motorcycle Endorsement a plus Business hours Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm Saturday is required.
