Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

In this full-time role, you'll engage with customers face-to-face to drive growth for AT&T's wireless services and expand their local market presence. Walk customers through the benefits, perks, and features available so they can make confident, informed decisions. Enroll customers in services that fit their lives while building lasting relationships that keep them coming back. As a Customer Service Representative , process sales orders at customers' homes to get them set up quickly and smoothly. Help with wireless account setup, service upgrades, and basic troubleshooting. Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
