Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in the Financial Industry.
Understanding of general accounting principles and process controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Office applications.
Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and quality of work.
Sound and decisive judgment.
Commitment to personal development.
Responsibilities:
Answer and resolve branch inquiries on Gain/Loss topics, including account maintenance and 1099-B reporting.
Provide educational and regulatory insight.
Reconcile discrepancies and address cost basis reporting questions.
Make manual adjustments as needed.
Preferences:
Financial services, wealth management, operations, or client service experience.
Understanding of gain/loss reporting, cost basis, 1099-B reporting, or general accounting principles.
Experience in reconciliations, data analysis, and regulatory reporting.
Demonstrated employment stability and successful completion of prior assignments.
