Required:
College degree or previous contact center experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change
Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service
Preferences:
Financial services or banking experience
Experience handling inbound calls and account-related inquiries
Experience with Cash Management, online banking, and mobile banking support
Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts
Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Consistently meet key department performance metrics
Provide functional support for Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
