Join Heating And Cooling Guys Inc as a Part-time Customer Service Representative in Springville, UT! Starting pay is depending on experience. $14-$17 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism. Assist customers in scheduling appointments for service and maintenance. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Maintain customer records and update information in the database. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Support sales efforts by upselling services and products when appropriate. Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the HVAC industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude. Proficient in using computers and customer management software. Be available between 8am - 5pm depending on the schedule. Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Attention to Detail.
