Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Receptive to constructive feedback GED or high school diploma Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred

Duties:

Manage customer accounts Respond to inquiries and complaints Resolve customer issues via call and email requests Track orders Communicate with customers and carriers Create replacement/Manual orders Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Drive, and Shopify is a plus Spanish-speaking required

Schedule:
