Customer Service Associate (All Training Provided)

Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a positive customer experience. All training pertaining to how to perform job functions is provided.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions. Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer information and service requests. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls professionally. Collaborate with the other teams to support and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English is required. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not required. Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a clear and friendly manner. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Things that are good to know: Set schedule - no rotating schedules! Personal desk and workspace to use.
