We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Entry-Level Service Consultant to join our Service Department. This position combines the responsibilities of a Customer Greeter and Service Porter while providing hands-on training to prepare you for the next step in your career—becoming a Service Advisor . If you enjoy helping people, like working around vehicles, and want to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement, this is the perfect position for you. What You'll Do Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude. Greet customers as they arrive and assist them through the service drive. Help direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor. Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property. Keep the service drive and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting. Assist with vehicle check-in and delivery. Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed. Maintain vehicle inventory on the service lot. Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks and customer follow-up. Learn dealership service processes, repair orders, scheduling, and customer communication. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and friendly personality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus, but not required. Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
