Responsibilities:
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and/or scheduling repairs.
  • Determine specialized product needs/services by working directly with customers and recommend additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods.
  • Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.
  • Follow established repair order process to satisfactory and timely completion.
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete.
  • Keep customers apprised of work progress and notify customer when units are ready for pick up.
  • Keep Service Manager/Management informed of all problems and potential problems.
  • Provide excellent overall customer service.
  • Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone or in person. RV or auto experience is preferred but not required Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow up skills IDS experience preferred A valid driver's license may be required
Physical Requirements:
This work requires the following physical activities:
  • Climbing, bending stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual activity
  • The work will primarily be performed indoors
