Job Description

Malloy Ford of Alexandria is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator/Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll schedule and manage off-site service appointments and act as the main contact between customers and our technician. You'll help ensure each service visit—whether at a home, business, or fleet location—runs smoothly and professionally. Flexible Work Schedule Mobile Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for all mobile service customers Efficiently schedule and manage mobile service appointments Perform vehicle walkarounds and intake at customer locations as needed Clearly explain service needs, costs, and next steps to customers Record concerns, review work orders, and get approvals for extra work Follow up with customers after service is completed Help manage mobile service van inventory and readiness Coordinate closely with technicians and service team for smooth operations Promote dealership services and build strong customer relationships
Mobile Service Coordinator Qualifications:
Experience as a service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role preferred Previous experience at an automotive dealership is preferred Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Able to work independently with professionalism and accountability Familiarity with dealership software (DMS or CRM) is a plus Great Customer Satisfaction Index required Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
