Aug 20, 2027 About the Practice Group Our Private Client Services group provides an interdisciplinary approach to addressing the complex needs of wealthy individuals and families regarding their businesses, investments, wealth succession planning, and philanthropic activities. The group counsels clients on a wide variety of issues relating to estate planning, tax, real estate, family disputes, business organization, and succession planning. We have extensive experience in the creation and operation of family offices for the purposes of wealth preservation and asset protection planning. Role Overview We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the Private Client Services group within our Tax Practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Qualifications Experience in trusts and estates, transfer tax, and associated income tax areas of the law. Minimum of two to three years of work experience in the field is preferred (some relevant experience required). Completion of, or current enrollment in, an LL.M. in taxation or estate planning is preferred. Must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington, D.C.
Compensation Salary Range:
$225,000 to $365,000 in Washington, D.C. (commensurate with experience)
