Core Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality support to clients through email, telephone, and face-to-face communication Guide customers toward the right products by providing technical expertise and effective solutions Manage the full order lifecycle from initial quoting to final verification to guarantee client happiness Foster lasting professional connections with vendors, contractors, and colleagues Coordinate with warehouse staff and external sales representatives to facilitate prompt service and product delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding industry developments, vendor catalogs, and product lines Assist with branch operations and counter sales tasks as required Utilize forklift equipment to safely transport inventory throughout the facility Manage the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing freight shipments

Required Qualifications:

Background in wholesale distribution, customer service, or inside sales, with preference given to those with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical industrial knowledge Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and cultivate strong professional relationships Capacity to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization within a fast-paced setting A proactive approach to resolving challenges and improving outcomes Proficiency in navigating computer systems, processing orders, and utilizing standard Microsoft Office software A collaborative spirit and a strong desire to expand your professional skill set
