Job Description

Overview:
What if your front desk role wasn't just a job
  • but the starting point for a real career in veterinary medicine, leadership, or client experience?
At Summit Veterinary Care, we're a locally owned, growing practice in Bristow building something very intentional: a place where medicine is gold-standard, service feels like the Ritz, and team members are genuinely supported as individuals, not just employees. We're not a corporate hospital. We're small on purpose. That means your voice matters, your growth is visible, and your work directly shapes the experience our clients and patients have every day. We're looking for a Client Care Representative who wants to do more than check clients in and answer phones. This role is for someone who takes pride in creating exceptional experiences, communicates with clarity and empathy, and is motivated by growth.
Why Summit Veterinary Care:
A Clear Path Forward (Not Just a Job) We've built a structured Client Care Representative levels system with defined milestones, skill development, and pay increases. You'll always know what's next
  • and how to get there. Whether you want to grow into leadership, management, or a different area of the practice, we'll help you map that path. Real Professional Development We actively invest in your growth through mentorship, training, and increasing responsibility over time. If you're someone who wants to build a career
  • not just clock in and out
  • you'll find that here. High Standards Without the Corporate Feel We practice gold-standard medicine and deliver a luxury-level client experience
  • but we do it as a tight-knit, supportive team where people genuinely enjoy working together. Fear Free, People-First Approach We're a Fear Free Certified Practice, which means low-stress handling for pets
  • and a calm, respectful environment for our team and clients.
Community & Purpose From local events to outreach and education, we stay connected to the community we serve. What we do here matters beyond our walls. A Workplace That Treats You Like a Person We believe in strong communication, work-life balance, and creating an environment where you're respected, heard, and valued. And when life gets hard, you won't be left to handle it alone. When one of us is struggling
  • whether it's a tough day at work or something at home
  • the rest of the team shows up.
Sometimes that looks like jumping in to support each other on a busy shift, organizing a fundraiser, helping take care of each other's pets, or simply making sure that someone's not alone when they need a friend. We also make space for connection outside of the day-to-day. From plant club and fitness challenges to movie nights, book clubs, or the occasional rage room outing, we believe a strong team is built on more than just working together
  • it's built on actually knowing and supporting each other.
