We are seeking a customer-focused, organized professional to support our growing commercial truck service operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience working with fleet and commercial vehicle customers. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally. Write repair orders accurately based on customer concerns and technician findings. Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion timelines to customers. Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts department personnel. Monitor repair progress and provide status updates to customers. Review completed repair orders for accuracy and ensure all work is properly documented. Assist with warranty and fleet account documentation as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and fleet clients. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous automotive or commercial truck service advisor experience preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment. Experience with dealership management systems preferred. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
