This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences, thrives in a detail‑oriented environment, and wants to build a long‑term career in a fiduciary, client‑first financial planning firm. As a Client Services Associate, you are the operational backbone of the client experience ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency in every interaction. You will work closely with our Director of Client Relations and Associate Wealth Managers to support clients before, during, and after major financial decisions. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow professionally, contribute meaningfully to a team, and gain deep exposure to how a fee‑only advisory firm operates.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

What Your Day‑to‑Day Looks Like Client Service & Operations Initiate and respond to client service calls with professionalism and care Prepare and process client paperwork including account openings/closings, asset transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and account updates Communicate transaction status clearly to clients and advisors Process and track Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) Monitor custodian alerts daily and take appropriate action Client Onboarding & Reporting Collaborate with advisors to onboard new clients smoothly Educate clients on account access and service processes Set up and generate client reports Maintain clear, accurate notes in the CRM Team & Firm Support Assist with special projects as needed Support firm workshops, seminars, and client events Coordinate logistics for special events and appreciation activities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience At least 1 year of client service and/or operations experience , preferably in financial services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications Experience working with an independent RIA Familiarity with CRM, portfolio accounting, or document‑management systems Experience with Orion, Advisor Engine, Redtail, or Charles Schwab Advisor Services Series 65 license, or interest in pursuing licensure after hire Who Thrives at Tull Financial Group Successful Client Service Associates at Tull Financial Group are dependable, organized, collaborative, and client‑focused.   • A deeper interview with additional team members that may include professional evaluations such as skills assessments, work‑style questionnaires, or scenario‑based exercises relevant to the role.
