We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to support daily field operations by coordinating technicians, scheduling service work, and managing dispatch activities. This role serves as a central point of communication between the office and field staff while ensuring work orders, payroll, inventory, and scheduling are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with both customers and field staff, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly through strong scheduling, coordination, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage service tickets, installation tickets, and material requests Coordinate and schedule technicians, installers, delivery drivers, and quality control inspections Schedule Start & Check Installers, Lineset Installers, Register & Grille Installers, Duct Blasting Technicians, and Delivery Drivers Review and process daily payroll hours and production for installers, subcontractors, and field technicians Track truck stock inventory and stage equipment for upcoming installations Process refrigerant, PVC usage, and other material documentation Create work orders for indoor equipment, outdoor units, linesets, filters, bulbs, trim rings, and other installation materials Monitor dispatch boards and follow up on continued or postponed work orders Coordinate supply requests and office inventory, including office supplies Maintain accurate records using Global Edge (GE) software Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of dispatching or scheduling experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and teamwork skills 2+ years of dispatching experience HVAC or construction industry experience Spanish language proficiency Full-Time, On-site 7:00am-4:00pm
