Sales Customer Experience Associate Farmville, VA Green Front Furniture, a destination for unique and high-quality furniture, is seeking a Sales Customer Experience Associate to join our Farmville team. This flexible, floater position supports sales teams across multiple showroom buildings, helping customers navigate selections and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and seamless experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Support sales teams across multiple showroom buildings based on business and customer needs. Welcome and engage customers, helping them identify furniture that fits their style, space, and needs. Provide knowledgeable, attentive service throughout the customer experience. Manage multiple customer and team priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Work independently while collaborating with sales team members to support company goals. Respond professionally to customer concerns and challenges, focusing on practical solutions and positive outcomes. Develop a strong understanding of Green Front products, services, and sales processes. Adapt quickly to different showroom environments, customer needs, and sales opportunities. Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, or other customer-facing experience required; furniture or design-related sales experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and showroom environments. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving problems independently. Ability to work Saturdays and holidays as required.
