Job Description
About the company: The Williams Brothers Corp of America is a made in America manufacturing facility that does wholesale and regular distribution. This is a family owned business with 30 years experience in the building industry. We primarily build access doors and fire extinguisher cabinets. We work with end users, general contractors, and distribution.
- Please note this is an in office position, not remote. It will not require any traveling.
- Please note this is a job we will start off as an intern position, and eventually develop you into a sales assistant. This would not be a summer job, but give someone the opportunity to continue growing within sales
- About the job: This job will require you to work with customer service under the direct of the sales manager.
Requirement:
- Help customers do over the phone installation and other building requirements, this could require technical knowledge, so an in depth understanding of our companies operations are required.
- Understanding math, mathematical procedures, and other forms of numbers required to build out quotes, send estimates, and work with customers to obtain sales.
Responsibilities :
- Solves day-to-day problems relative to work expectations and accountabilities
- Develop a strong cross-department presence to drive progress and ensure timelines are met.
- Makes decisions which impact the daily operation of sales
A Typical Sales Day:
- Regular phone calls, follow ups, normally an average of 35-50 phone calls a day
- Cold calling will be a requirement under the direction of the sales manager
- Follow up with customers who might be disgruntled or need to change product
- Invoicing and billing customers under the direct of the sales manager
