Deliver packages directly to customers' locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, route sheets, and incident reports when necessary. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar customer service role involving route driving and heavy lifting. Ability to adhere to traffic regulations, DOT regulations, and company safety policies consistently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and via mobile devices. Capable of working independently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
