Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot service or product issues to ensure high satisfaction.

Account Management:

Update customer profiles, process account changes, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in company systems.

Escalations & Follow-up:

Escalate complex issues to specialized departments when necessary, and follow up on open tickets to ensure complete resolution and gather feedback.
