Duties Operate cash registers accurately, handling retail sales transactions with precision and efficiency Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, stock levels, and current promotions to assist customers effectively Handle cash drawer operations, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily totals Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains inviting and well-organized Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding team members or managing daily operations Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and handle customer concerns Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences!
