Medi Home Care, a proud member of the MSA family , currently seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our location in Pulaski, VA. This position is responsible for receiving written and verbal communication from referral sources and customers, including order taking and obtaining accurate billing information, as well as over-the-counter sales; inventory control and establishing and maintaining records with complete customer information.

Other responsibilities include:

Schedules customer set-up and delivery times. Completes insurance verifications. Contacts referral sources to obtain required information. Maintains log of referrals. Job Requirements High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Previous medical office experience preferred. Valid driver's license and company required auto-liability insurance.
