- Bowman has an opportunity for a Customer Outreach Specialist I to join our team remotely in Williamsburg, Richmond, or Virginia Beach, VA.
- Purpose
- Supports land acquisition and infrastructure project activities by serving as a primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and community stakeholders. This entry-level role focuses on communicating project information, coordinating outreach efforts, and assisting in resolving routine concerns to facilitate smooth right-of-way acquisition and project delivery.
- Responsibilities
- Leadership and Direction
- + Follow established outreach strategies, policies, and regulatory requirements under supervision. + Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness in all customer and stakeholder interactions. + Support team initiatives by contributing to a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
- At the Operational and Company Level
- + Assist with implementation of public outreach plans for right-of-way acquisition projects.

- + Communicate project scope, timelines, and impacts to property owners and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

- + High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
