We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for answering inquiries regarding the many services offered by Sheltering Arms. Duties include answering and directing phone calls to appropriate areas. Performing referral intake services for Physicians Clinic and Therapy Services outpatient programs; scheduling initial and follow-up visits for patients; creating and mailing "Welcome Packages" paperwork for new patients; and conducting reminder calls to patients regarding their appointments.
Successful candidates will possess:
Business school or college preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required Excellent customer service and computer skills Previous call center experience Previous experience with health insurance billing or healthcare registration preferred Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
