JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints related to utility billing and municipal services , explain billing charges, rate schedules, and account details to customers, review and research account records to determine the appropriate resolution, process billing adjustments , refunds, and account corrections, initiate and manage service orders, handle payment issues including returned checks and rejected payments, maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports/forms, and coordinate with other departments and assist with ad hoc tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1-3
years of call center experience Professional experience working in an office setting Client facing personality
