Description:
Responsibilities Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner. Prepare repair orders and communicate repair details clearly. Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs. Maintain regular contact with customers during service visits. Promote additional services and accessories that enhance the Harley-Davidson experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or business degree preferred. Previous experience in a dealership service advisor role preferred (motorcycle, automotive, or powersports). Strong understanding of Harley-Davidson products, maintenance schedules, and repair procedures. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with dealership management systems (Talon, CDK, or similar) and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service. Professional appearance and a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement required. Harley Requirements:
ADA Essential Duties Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
