Customer Service Representative - GEICO Local Office, Sterling, VA $20 per hour plus incentives. Our GEICO local office in Sterling is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. What you'll do Answer incoming calls from GEICO customers Help customers make policy changes, process payments and resolve issues Use GEICO's customer service software to find answers and resolve requests quickly Work alongside a supportive team to make every customer's experience a good one Incentivized to refer cross sale opportunities to teammates solicit google reviews work with teammates to generate lead opportunities via calling and emailing Pay $20/hour base pay, plus incentives for referring cross sales. Target comp is $50k. Paid training provided Paid time off for vacation, holidays and sick days What we're looking for Reliable and punctual A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people A team player who's comfortable on the phone Prior insurance agency experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
