Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Previous experience working in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong comfort level with utilizing digital tools and lead management software. Clear and articulate communication skills, both in person and over the phone. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail for managing policy applications and renewals. Responsibilities Connect with members of our community to evaluate their insurance coverage needs and recommend the right policies. Explain complex insurance concepts in a way that is easy for clients to understand and feel confident about. Create and present quotes for life, home, and auto insurance based on the unique lifestyle of each family we serve. Manage incoming inquiries and proactively follow up to ensure every client feels heard and supported. Update and maintain detailed client files to ensure everyone has the exact coverage they need as their lives change. Participate in local community events to build our reputation as a neighborly and dependable agency.
