Can people hear you smiling over the phone? The Smile Group is looking for energetic, upbeat Call Center Representatives who love talking with people and making a difference. You'll answer incoming calls, make outbound calls to our patients, and help fill our schedules by turning conversations into appointments. This is a fast-paced, goal-driven position for someone who enjoys staying busy, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and thrives on helping people. We're looking for someone who: Has an upbeat, positive personality. Loves talking with people. Isn't afraid to make outbound calls. Can meet daily call and scheduling goals.
