Job Description

Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a veterinary or medical office setting. If you are passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional client service, our hospital may be the right fit for you. We are a busy general practice providing exceptional care to small animal patients (cats and dogs) five days per week, Monday through Friday—with no weekends or late evenings required. Shifts vary between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Our hospital is a beautiful 9,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility staffed with tenured veterinarians and a dedicated support team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; short•and long-term disability; life insurance; HSA/FSA options; paid time off; paid holidays; and pet care discounts. Our hospital and grounds are a smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free workplace.•Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages while providing responsive support Schedule appointments, respond to billing inquiries, and process payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures Collect, update, and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail Process wellness plans contracts and schedule recurring payments Preparation of boarding and surgery drop-off documents Review estimates and cosent forms with clients Scan and attach documents to patient records Processing online pharmacy requests Schedule surgery/dental procedures Room euthanasia appointments and review consent with clients•
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience required) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel welcomed and at ease Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively and communicate clearly within a team Proficiency with computers and standard office software Compassionate demeanor and a genuine love for animals•
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation Consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to meet physical demands, including sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods Satisfactory background and drug screenings Customer Service Representative•
